As a Digital Marketing Executive, you will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing xolve branding’s digital marketing efforts. Your role will focus on increasing brand awareness, driving lead generation, and fostering engagement through various digital channels, including social media, website, email marketing, and paid advertising.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute digital marketing strategies to strengthen brand visibility and engagement.
  • Manage and optimize social media channels (LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, TikTok) to grow and nurture our audience.
  • Oversee content marketing efforts, including blog posts, case studies, newsletters, and website updates.
  • Plan and execute email marketing campaigns to engage prospects and existing clients.
  • Implement SEO/SEM strategies to improve website rankings and organic traffic.
  • Manage and optimize paid advertising campaigns (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads) to drive quality leads.
  • Analyze and report on key performance metrics using tools like Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, and other analytics platforms.
  • Collaborate with the design and branding teams to ensure all digital content aligns with xolve branding’s tone and aesthetics.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, digital marketing innovations, and competitor activities to ensure xolve branding remains ahead of the curve.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in digital marketing, social media management, or content marketing.
  • Strong understanding of SEO, SEM, PPC advertising, and social media marketing.
  • Proficiency in Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook Business Suite, and email marketing platforms.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Vietnamese.
  • Creative mindset with the ability to develop engaging digital content.
  • Strong analytical skills with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, creative environment.
  • Experience in the branding or creative industry is a plus.
