We’re looking for a talented and driven Motion Graphic Designer to bring our clients’ stories to life. If you’re passionate about animation, have a knack for visual storytelling, and can seamlessly blend design with motion, we want you on our team!

Location: Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam

Key Responsibilities

  • Visual Translation: Take creative briefs and translate brand narratives into compelling animations that resonate with target audiences.
  • Conceptual Thinking: Participate in concept development, brainstorms, and execute designs that capture the essence of a brand's message.
  • Technical Execution: Produce high-quality motion graphics across various formats, including brand videos, social media assets, explainer videos, product animations, and more.
  • Software Proficiency: Demonstrate strong proficiency in C4D and/or Blender. Be comfortable with the Adobe Creative Suite (After Effects, Premiere, Illustrator, Photoshop).
  • Collaborate and Adapt: Work closely with designers, copywriters, and our creative team to ensure cohesive visuals across campaigns. Be receptive to feedback and iterate designs accordingly.
  • Stay Current: Keep up with the latest motion graphics, animation, and design trends to enhance your skills and contribute fresh ideas.

Requirements

  • Experience: 2-4 years of professional experience in motion graphics and animation.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Animation, or a related field.
  • Portfolio Power: A strong portfolio demonstrating your animation skills, creative thinking, and technical expertise in C4D/Blender.
  • Strong Sense of Timing & Movement: An innate understanding of how to use timing, pacing, and visual effects to create engaging and effective animations.
  • Detail-Oriented: Meticulous attention to detail with the ability to produce polished, pixel-perfect work.

Nice to have

  • Experience with 3D modeling, character design
  • Basic understanding of video editing and sound design.
