Challenges

As Vietnam’s premier wine brand, Chateau Dalat sought to breathe new life into its packaging—one that would captivate a younger, design-conscious audience while preserving its rich, time-honored essence. The challenge lay in striking a delicate balance: shedding the weight of tradition without losing the soul of the brand. The Phúc Lộc Hoà Ca collection, envisioned as a gift of meaning and beauty, needed to exude both modern elegance and a deep sense of cultural reverence. More than just a label, the design had to evoke the poetry of Dalat itself—a land of mist-laden hills, golden sunrises, and twilight skies brushed with indigo. Each bottle had to feel like a fragment of time, a fleeting moment captured in glass.

Solution

xolve aimed to capture the quiet beauty of Dalat’s shifting skies, translating the fleeting moments of Dawn, Sunset, and Twilight into three interconnected labels. A continuous landscape of rolling hills unfolds across the collection, with colors gently shifting to reflect the changing light—from the soft glow of morning to the fiery warmth of dusk and the deep stillness of night. Rather than simply modernizing the packaging, this approach sought to create a sense of immersion—inviting drinkers to pause, take in the moment, and experience the quiet poetry of time.

With a balance of sophistication and warmth, Phúc Lộc Hoà Ca is more than a gift—it is a reflection of connection, tradition, and the fleeting beauty that makes each moment special.
